At least 15 dead in Colombia bomb blast

NEIVA, Colombia, Feb. 14 (UPI) -- At least 15 people are dead after a bomb exploded in a house in Neiva, Colombia, apparently triggered by a morning police raid. Authorities said Marxist guerrillas of the Revolutionary Armed Forces of Colombia were using the house to plan the assassination of Colombian President Alvaro Uribe.
