BRUSSELS, July 22 (UPI) -- EU foreign ministers slapped a travel ban on all members of Zimbabwe's government Monday in an attempt to steer the regime of President Robert Mugabe down the path of democratic reform. The 15 ministers also sharply criticized the ongoing process of land seizures and Harare's use of food aid as a "political tool."
