ROME, April 15 (UPI) -- The leaders of Italy's powerful labor unions say the country will grind to a halt on Tuesday, as the country's first general strike in 20 years will close banks, schools, public transportation, postal services and even the media. The unions are protesting government proposals that would make firing workers easier.
