Iran expels Hekmatyar

TEHRAN, Feb. 26 (UPI) -- Iran has expelled a hard-line Afghan leader who had vowed to fight American influence in Afghanistan and oppose the interim government in Kabul, the official Iranian news agency IRNA reported Tuesday. The report said Gulbadin Hekmatyar had left his home in the Iranian capital Tehran for an unknown destination.
