First 'Godzilla' trailer finds Bryan Cranston freaking out over readioactive moster

LOS ANGELES, Feb. 25 (UPI) -- Bryan Cranston stars as a worried scientist in the first official trailer for the upcoming film, Godzilla.

The two-minute thirty-two second clip finds the former Braking Bad star unveiling the mystery of a radioactive monster that is threatening to eradicate mankind. The clip shows several destruction scenes without ever fully displaying the CGI creature.

Starring Cranston, Elizabeth Olsen, Aaron Taylor-Johnson and Sally Hawkins, the Gareth Edwards-directed film hits theaters on May 16.
