WASHINGTON, April 9 (UPI) -- Former U.S. Secretary of State Condoleeza Rice is joining the board of the Cloud software company Dropbox to help with international expansion of their business.

Rice, who succeeded Colin Powell in 2005, was Secretary of State under the Bush administration and known for her brilliance as well as her controversial role in the handling of the Iraq war. She will be joining the company to help deal with foreign governments that have blocked its use as Dropbox tries to expand its reach beyond the U.S.
