Crude oil prices drop $1.45 to $93.69

NEW YORK, June 21 (UPI) -- Crude oil prices shed $1.45 in trading Friday to settle at $93.69 a barrel on the New York Mercantile Exchange.

Gasoline slipped 3 cents to close at $2.76 a gallon.

Home heating oil also lost 3 cents to settle at $2.84 a gallon.

Natural gas tumbled 11 cents to $3.77 per million British thermal units.

At the pump, the average price for a gallon of unleaded regular gasoline was $3.592, down from Thursday's $3.598, the AAA Fuel Gauge report said.
