WASHINGTON, June 26 (UPI) -- The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission announced a voluntary recall of Loyal Bedding mattress sets due to a flammability standard violation.
About 2,700 mattress sets were sold by Guaynabo Industrial of Puerto Rico, in twin, full, queen and king sizes from July 2007 through February 2009 for between $165 and $300, the commission said in a statement.
The recall involves the "Loyal Bedding," "Classic Rest," "Designer Collection" and "Smart Loyal" mattress sets, which were sold in Puerto Rico.
Consumers were advised to contact Guaynabo Industrial for a store credit or refund.
