Unisys buys Baesch Computer Consulting

BLUE BELL, Pa., July 6 (UPI) -- The Unisys Corp. of Blue Bell, Pa., said Tuesday it has acquired Baesch Computer Consulting of Glen Burnie, Md., for undisclosed terms.

Baesch provides technology solutions and services to the U.S. intelligence and defense communities. Unisys is a worldwide information technology services and solutions company.

"Technology plays a key role in helping the United States government meet security challenges globally," said Greg Baroni, corporate vice president and president of Unisys Global Public Sector. "Baesch ... will help Unisys expand its strengths ... in helping meet some of the most difficult information technology challenges facing our government."
