BUCHAREST, Romania, June 3 (UPI) -- Renault plans to launch the Dacia in Romania this fall with a price tag around $6,000, it was reported Thursday.
Renault also plans to build at least 700,000 of the Logan car every year in five factories in Romania, Russia, Iran, Colombia and Morocco, the London Telegraph said.

The company says there are no plans to sell the the four-door saloon in western Europe. A utility van and an estate version of the Logan will follow in 2007.
A Chinese plant is also planned based on the Renault-Nissan partnership with the Chinese manufacturer Dong Feng.
