Ford CEO's stock deal draws scrutiny

DETROIT, Dec. 11 (UPI) -- Ford's board of directors is expected to review a complaint about Chairman William Clay Ford Jr.'s 1999 purchase of 400,000 shares of Goldman Sachs Group. Critics say the under-priced initial public offering Bill Ford was able to buy gave him an instant $8 million windfall.
