Ted Lilly six games and fined him an undisclosed amount for
hitting Anaheim's Scott Spiezio on August 5.
Cincinnati Reds -- Recalled pitcher Scott Winchester from
Louisville of the International League (AAA); sent pitcher
Justin Atchley to Louisville on a rehabilitation assignment
with a sore left shoulder.
Cleveland Indians -- Activated pitcher Chuck Finley from the
15-day disabled list; optioned pitcher Mike Bacsik to Buffalo
of the International League (AAA).
Los Angeles Dodgers -- Placed pitcher Luke Prokopec on the
15-day disabled list with a blister on his right hand;
activated outfielder Tom Goodwin from the 15-day
