defensive linemen Obie Spanic and Joel Becker, offensive linemen
Frank Rocca, Pascal Cheron and Sandy Annunziata, defensive
tackles Jaton Jackson and George Massey, defensive back Sorie
Kanu, wide receivers Mike Juhasz and James MacLean; placed
cornerback Donald Smith and linebacker Joe Hagins on the injured
list.
HOCKEY
Mighty Ducks of Anaheim -- Agreed to terms with free agent left
wing German Titov, who had been with the Edmonton Oilers, on a
multi-year contract.
Florida Panthers -- Signed free agent center Igor Larionov, who
had been with the Detroit Red Wings, to a one-year contract with
a club option for 2001-02.
St. Louis Blues -- Signed free agent right wing Dallas Drake,
who had been with the Phoenix Coyotes; signed free agent
defenseman Sean Hill, who had been with the Carolina Hurricanes;
re-signed free agent center Mike Eastwood and left wing Tyson
Nash to multi-year contracts; picked up the option on defenseman
Marc Bergevin's contract.
San Jose Sharks -- Signed free agent left wing Scott Thornton,
who had been with the Dallas Stars.
