Shooting suspect identified

WASHINGTON, July 24 -- The man who allegedly opened fire at the U.S. Capitol today, killing two police officers and wounding a female tourist, is being identified as Russell Eugene Weston. Reports say Weston is in his late 30s to early 40s and now lives in Montana after having lived in Illinois. Weston, wounded in the shootout, is in stable condition at a Washington hospital.
