PHILADELPHIA -- Rodney Rogers scored a career-high 34 points Sunday and Wake Forest took a break from its ACC schedule to rip Temple, 106-69, handing the Owls' their worst ever loss at McGonigle Hall.
The Demon Deacons, 15-3, also received 26 points, seven assists and seven rebounds from Randolph Childress in gaining the easy victory.

The Owls, 9-8, were paced by Aaron McKie, who scored 20 points, and Derrick Battie, who had a career-high 19 points and 13 rebounds.
Wake Forest scored the most points by an opponent at McGonigle Hall, breaking the mark of 94 points set by Rhode Island Jan. 6, 1983.
