CENSORED: You won't be seeing Paul McCartney 's new video on MTV any time soon. The ex-Beatle's new single, 'Big Boys Bickering,' had too many naughty words for the cable music video channel's taste. The song contains the F-word not once but seven times, which proved just too much to bleep out. 'Obviously, we would not air a song with that word in it, ' an MTV spokeswoman said. McCartney, 50, said he wrote the song last year after President George Bush refused to sign an ecological treaty at the Earth Summit in Rio de Janeiro. 'It makes me angry that governments are the only elected representatives of the people, and yet they don't do what the people who elected them want -- and who wants a 5-mile-wide hole in the sky?' the former member of the Fab Four said through his publicist. However, it looks as if a lot of potential listeners won't get a chance to hear his protest song. The British Broadcasting Corp. has already banned the song, and several U.S. radio stations are also declining to air it.NEWLN:

'HEARTS AFIRE' UNDER FIRE: TV producer and Clinton pal Linda Bloodworth-Thomason is all fired up about claims a character on her new show, 'Hearts Afire,' isn't an original. Nationally known journalist Georgie Anne Geyer claims there are suspicious similarities between her life and that of fictional Georgie Anne Lahti. Geyer, a foreign correspondent, columnist and TV commentator, has worked for a Chicago paper, interviewed dozens of foreign leaders and written a book on Fidel Castro . So has the fictional Georgie Anne, played by Markie Post . Geyer said in published reports she has hired a lawyer to pursue possible legal action. Bloodworth-Thomason is hitting the roof. 'I can tell you unequivocally that I am not in the business of stealing other people's lives,' she fumed to The Washington Post. 'I wouldn't know Georgie Anne Geyer if she threw herself in front of my car.' The producer also took the opportunity to deny old rumors that she and husband Harry Thomason mistreated Delta Burke , who left their show 'Designing Women' after a much-publicized feud. Finally, she told The Post 'the press is trying to stir things up' against her. 'Why is this happening to me? I'm a nice Southern girl who was voted most popular in high school.'NEWLN:

MILESTONE: Although critics haven't been too enthused about 'The Bodyguard,' audiences have been eager to see Kevin Costner romance Whitney Houston . Houston says she's pleased moviegoers have accepted the interracial romance without comment. 'It's not a milestone that a black person and a white person made a movie together,' the pop superstar told Entertainment Weekly. But, 'I think for people to look at this color-blind is a milestone.' Houston, 29, married R&B star Bobby Brown last year and is expecting her first child. 'I can't really be the average pregnant woman,' Houston said. 'People say, 'God, you got biiig!' For some reason, I'm not supposed to be pregnant. I'm not supposed to be a woman. I'm supposed to be something else. What, I have no idea.'NEWLN:

EXPECTING...OR JUST NAUSEOUS?: Is the world ready for another Roseanne Arnold ? It seems hubby Tom Arnold told the syndicated TV show 'Entertainment Tonight' his wife has 'been sick every morning recently' -- which was interpreted as a hint that she's pregnant. There's been no confirmation from Roseanne. She would only say, 'If my husband says I'm pregnant, then by God, I'm pregnant! I do whatever my husband says.' The Arnolds have said publicly they are anxious to have a child. After their marriage, Roseanne underwent a procedure to have a tubal ligation reversed.NEWLN:
