Julia Roberts tops list of 10-worst dressed women

LOS ANGELES -- Actress Julia Roberts, the 'tacky Tinkerbell from fashion Neverland,' topped Mr. Blackwell's 32nd annual list of the Worst Dressed Women of 1991, the fashion curmudgeon said Tuesday.

Roberts was followed by singer Wynonna Judd whom Blackwell called a 'shaggy songbird of country kitsch' who looks like 'Hulk Hogan -- in sequins' and actress Delta Burke, formerly of TV's 'Designing Women, who Blackwell described as an 'antebellum atrocity.' Not on the list was Blackwell favorite Barbra Streisand. The fashion curmudgdon jokingly promised that if Streisand manages to stay off the list for another two years, he would quit.
