BOISE, Idaho -- Eric Glenn scored 17 points as Kent State pulled away late in the second half to claim a 63-49 win over Boise State Saturday in the Albertson's Holiday Clasic.
Kent State, 8-2, held Boise State scoreless for over six minutes of the first half while building a 23-8 lead, but the Broncos cut the deficit to 30-27 early in the second half.

Kent State pulled away again and scored their last 14 points of the game from the free throw line.
Forward Ric Blevins and guard Mike Klinzing added 13 apiece for the Golden Flashes.
Brian King, Rich Blythe, Pete Eisenrich and Tonoka Beard each scored 10 points for the Broncos, who slipped to 5-6.
