A 28-year-old woman who appeared briefly in Richard Pryor's autobiographical movie 'Jo Jo Dancer, Your Life Is Calling' has filed a paternity suit against the actor. Geraldine Mason filed papers in Los Angeles saying Franklin Matthew Pryor, who will be 2 in April, is Pryor's son and that she wants $10,745 a month in support for him.

Mason says Pryor was a lavish, doting boyfriend in the beginning but quickly dumped her when she informed him that she was pregnant. The relationship resumed for a while after the boy was born with Pryor giving them $85,000, court papers say, but now Mason claims she and her son are living in a ratty studio apartment with barely enough food to live. The matter goes to court Jan. 19 with Marvin Mitchelson handeling Mason's case.
