After No. 6 Purdue recorded a 91-87 victory over No. 11 Michigan in a showdown for the Big Ten lead, Wolverines Coach Bill Freider said the Boilermakers have a familiar look.

'They reminded me of our team in 1986,' he said of his conference-championship club from that season. 'We missed easier shots down the stretch and they made tougher shots.'
