PHILADELPHIA -- The Philadelphia Flyers have signed free agents Tim Tookey, Carl Mokasak and Jim Dobson, the team announced Friday.

Tookey, 25, a center from Edmonton, Alberta, spent last season with the Baltimore Skipjacks of the American Hockey League, where he scored 25 goals and 43 assists for 68 points in 74 games.

He also played with Washington, Quebec and Pittsburgh of the NHL.

Mokasak, 23, a left wing from Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta, Canada, played last season with the New Haven Nighthawks and the Los Angeles Kings. For the season, he accumulated 10 goals and 14 assists for 22 points in 41 games.

He originally was signed as a free agent by the Calgary Flames.

Dobson, 25, of Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, was a fifth-round draft choice by Minnesota in 1979. The right wing recorded eight goals, 10 assists for 18 points in 21 games with the Fredericton Express.

He also played with the North Stars, Colorado Rockies and the Quebec Nordiques.
