NEW YORK -- St. Louis right wing Joey Mullen and Philadelphia goaltender Pelle Lindbergh, who both sparkled in the final week of the regular season, Tuesday were named co-winners of the NHL Player of the Week Award.

Mullen scored four goals -- one in overtime-- and added five assists for the Blues last week.

Lindbergh posted a 2-0-0 record and a 0.50 goals-against average for the Flyers.

The Blues, who last year lost to Minnesota in the Stanley Cup playoffs while Mullen was slowed with a sprained shoulder, will meet St. Louis in the first round beginning Wednesday night.

Lindbergh finished the regular-season as the NHL's winningest goaltender with a 40-17-7 record and had a goals-against average of 3.02. The Flyers meet the New York Rangers in their first-round matchup.
