LOS ANGELES -- Rock singer Pat Benatar has given birth to her first child, a 7-pound, 1-ounce girl, it was announced Tuesday.
The baby, named Haley, was born at 7 a.m. Saturday in suburban Tarzana where Benatar lives with her husband, Neil Giraldo, publicist Michael Ameen said.
Ameen said Benatar still plans to tour this summer, the baby accompanying her.
Benatar said the birth was 'the biggest event' of her life, and she was 'looking forward to a few more.'
