BELGRADE, Yugoslavia -- A district court judge and the police in the southern town of Titograd Monday still could not offer the names of 'persons' who beat up a referee after a first-division soccer match.

Unconfirmed reports in Yugoslav sports newspapers said the Titograd judge ordered detention and interrogation of the President of the Buducnost Titograd soccer club and a number of team officials who were in an underground passage on Sept. 2 when referee Dobrivoje Sreckovic was beaten up and suffered a brain concussion and other serious injuries.
