Gulf & Western Industries Inc. said Monday it has...

NEW YORK -- Gulf & Western Industries Inc. said Monday it has sold Sega Enterprises, Ltd. of Japan to a group of U.S. and Japanese businessmen.

The buyers include Hayao Nakayama, president of Sega Enterprises, Ltd., and David Rosen, founder of Sega Enterprises. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Sega Enterprises Ltd. manufactures coin-operated video games. ---
