HOLLYWOOD -- Actress Loretta Swit married actor Dennis Holahan, who she met during taping of the long-running television series 'M-A-S-H,' and the two flew to Egypt for a honeymoon.
Dawn Davis, a spokeswoman for the actress, disclosed Tuesday that the couple was married Dec. 21 in a small church ceremony in the San Fernando Valley.
Only close friends and relatives witnessed the wedding vows.
But an evening reception at a Beverly Hills restaurant was attended by a number of her celebrity friends, including former 'M-A-S-H' co-stars Wayne Rogers, Harry Morgan and Mike Farrell.
Miss Swit, who played Maj. Margaret 'Hot Lips' Houlihan on the series, met Holahan during his only appearance on the series, which ended its 11-year run earlier this year. Holahan has also appeared in 'The Fall Guy' TV series and with Al Pacino in the recently released movie, 'Scarface.'
After their return from Egypt, the couple will live in the Hollywood Hills.
