A second passenger, Tina Belt, 20, of Morgantown, was also treated and released.

Gist, 25, a native of Clinton, Md., occasionally started this year at offensive guard for the USFL Bandits. He played his college ball for WVU and was living in Morgantown.

Raugh, 23, a native of Roaring Springs, Pa., who also was living in Morgantown, had been drafted and was cut by the Pittsburgh Steelers of the NFL. He has just signed a contract with the Pittsburgh Maulers of the USFL.
