SAN FRANCISCO -- The Eastman Kodak Co. has announced it will shut down two offices in the San Francisco Bay Area next year in a move affecting about 200 employees.

The company said it plans to close its marketing, education and commercial equipment center in San Francisco by mid-1984 and its distribution center in San Ramon by the end of 1984. The employees have been offered transfers to a Kodak center in Whittier, Calif., said John Kuller, Kodak regional director in San Francisco.
