SEOUL, South Korea -- The U.S. Olympic team played to a 2-2 tie with Indonesia Saturday in the 13th President's Cup Soccer Tournament.

The tournament, with 11 teams from 10 nations taking part, runs through June 17.

The United States opened the scoring in the 24th minute on a goal by Mike Fox but Alex Narno of Indonesia tied it in the 40th minute.

In the 47th minute, the Americans went ahead on an own-goal by Indonesia's Dudung Abdullah. But with two minutes remaining, Narno scored again for Indonesia for the draw.

South Korea's national amateur team beat Italy's professional Genoa club 3-1 in the opening game. In the second game of the day, Thailand and Nigeria played to a scoreless draw.

Also in the tournament are teams from the Netherlands, Sudan, New Zealand, and Ghana. South Korea has a professional team in the competition in addition to the amateur national team.
