PHILADELPHIA -- John Bunting, former president of First Pennsylvania Bank, was named Monday as president and chief executive officer of Tri-County Savings and Loan Association, a southern New Jersey firm with assets of about $35 million.

The announcement of Bunting's selecton by Tri-County board chairman Frederick Robinson follows reorganization of the company and an infusion of $1.1 million in new capital by a group of investors headed by Robinson, Allan Freedman and John Patten.
