RADNOR, Pa. -- The executive vice president of Omni Exploration Inc. has been elected president of the company, Omni announced Thursday.

Thomas F. Gill Jr. was elected president and chief operating officer, succeeding D. Bruce Trainor, who will remain chairman of the board and chief executive officer.

Trainor and Gill are co-founders of Omni, an oil and gas exploration firm.
