TULSA, Okla. -- Vice President George Bush says President Reagan has made all the tax cut compromises with Congress that he is going to make.

'I predict the Reagan economic program is going to pass, and it going to pass overwhelmingly,' Bush told more than 300 Republicans at a fund-raising dinner Thursday.

'We are going to get a tax cut.

'The president has already compromised some,' Bush said. 'I don't think he's going to compromise further.

Warming to the receptive attitude of the partisan gathering at the $1,000 per couple dinner, Bush emphatically renewed Reagan's promises to control government spending, curb federal regulations and reduce taxes.

During a pre-dinner news conference, Bush assailed Israel for the recent bombing of an Iraqi nuclear reactor.

'We have already condemned Israel -- not in the United Nations -- for doing something we found not in keeping with international standards,.' he said. The United States is to help draft a U.N. Security Council resolution to protest Israel's action.

On another topic, Bush said he could not speculate whether Reagan would use the retirement of Supreme Court Justice Potter Stewart to fulfill a campaign promise to appoint a woman to the nation's highest court.
