PITTSBURGH -- Some of the finest high school players in the nation will exhibit their skills tonight against the Pennsylvania All-Stars in the annual Roundball Classic at the Civic Arena.

The U.S. team includes seven-footer Pat Ewing of Cambridge, Mass.; Dwayne Polee of Los Angeles; Joe Concheck of Canton, Ohio; Dwayne Johnson of New York; Erie Turner of Flint, Mich., and Bill Martin, Anthony Jones and Sylvester Charles, all of Washington, D.C. Polee and Concheck are the highest scorers, each bringing a 32-point average into the game.

The Pennsylvania stars include Ron Rowan of Beaver Falls; Victor Alexander and Keith Walker of Philadelphia's Benjamin Franklin High; Pat Farrell of Pittsburgh's Central Catholic; Darryl Shepherd of Pittsburgh Peabody; David Klenovich of Aliquippa; Earl Minor of Uniontown; Robert Lojewski of Wissahickon, and Craig Collins of Swarthmore.

The U.S. team holds a 12-4 lead in the series.
