LONDON, Aug. 10, 1928 (UP) --Secretary of State Kellogg's anti-war pact and the recently announced secret Anglo-French naval agreement continued today to be the most discussed diplomatic moves in which Europe has been involved for some time.

WASHINGTON, Jan. 16, 1929 (UP) - Having ratified the Kellogg world-wide anti-war treaty, the Senate advanced today to the second step in the administration's legislation program and took up the long-delayed House bill proposing 15 new 10,000-ton cruisers and an air-craft carrier for national defense.
