Berlin dispatch says Russia nullifying German efforts to contain war

FRANKFORT, Germany, July 29, 1914 (UP) -- Efforts of the kaiser to localize the Austro-Servian war are being nullified by extensive military movements of Russia, according to a Berlin dispatch published in an extra edition of the Gazette here late today.

The publication is evidently inspired. The Berlin dispatch declared conditions are rapidly becoming worse.
