Beijing Olympics: Russian figure skaters -- not Kamila Vilieva -- take medals in women's singles(27 images)

Russian figure skater Kamila Valieva, 15, placed fourth in the women's single free program on February 17, 2022 at the Beijing Winter Olympics. She was shadowed by a positive drug test for a banned substance that came to light after the Games began. Her teammates Aleksandra Trusova and Anna Shcherbakova won gold and silver, respectively, with Kaori Sakamoto of Japan taking bronze.
