Vivi Zigler (born July 19, 1958) is an American television executive, and a President of NBC Universal. She is married to Kenneth F. Zigler and has one son, Nick Zigler.

Vivica Lynn St. Amand was born in Inglewood, CA to Lexie and Dr. R. Paul St. Amand. Dr. St. Amand is an author and endocrinologist specializing in the treatment of Fibromyalgia who developed the Guaifenesin protocol. She has one younger sister, Kytti St. Amand and two half-siblings from a previous marriage of Dr. St. Amand's. As a girl, Vivi grew up in Palos Verdes, CA before leaving home to attend college.

Zigler attended Cal Poly San Luis Obispo where she received her Bachelor of Science degree in Journalism. From there, Zigler began working at the local NBC affiliate television station, KSBY-TV. Zigler began in the newsroom at the station before being promoted to management.
