Oscar Charles (Tommy) Scott (August 4, 1892 – June 15, 1961) was a West Indian cricketer who played in West Indies' inaugural Test tour of England in 1928.

Scott was born in Franklyn Town, Kingston, Jamaica. He played in eight Tests for the West Indies, and all five in the Australian tour of 1930-31.

He died in Kingston at the age of sixty eight.
