BOULDER, Colo., Nov. 25 (UPI) -- For every dollar spent on complying with environmental regulations, about $1.50 must be spent to handle the paperwork associated with compliance. Now, new Internet-based technology promises to help companies stem that rising paper tide.

Tom Wilson (August 27, 1880 – February 19, 1965) was an American film actor. He appeared in 254 films between 1915 and 1963. He was born in Helena, Montana, and died in Los Angeles, California.
