Sandra Hodgkinson is an American lawyer, and officer in the United States Navy Reserve. Hodginkson was appointed to the post of State Department's Deputy Director, Office of War Crimes Issues as the Department of Defense's Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Detainee Affairs.

Hodgkinson replaced Charles "Cully" Stimson following his resignation from this position.
