Roscoe Parrish (born July 16, 1982 in Miami, Florida) is an American football wide receiver and punt returner who currently plays for the Buffalo Bills of the National Football League. He was drafted by the Bills in the second round (55th overall) of the 2005 NFL Draft. He played college football at the University of Miami.

Parrish attended the University of Miami and finished his college career with 81 receptions.

The Buffalo Bills chose Parrish in the second round (55th overall) during the 2005 NFL Draft. Parrish weighed in 170 pounds, ran a 4.37s 40-yard dash, 2.54s 20-yard dash, and a 1.56 10-yard dash. During his Pro Day, he ran 4.44s 40-yard dash, 4.20s 20-yard shuttle, 6.64 3-cone drill, recorded a 36-inch (910 mm) vertical leap.
