Roberto Gaston Orci (born July 20, 1973) is a Mexican-American film producer, television producer and screenwriter.

Orci was born in Mexico City to a Mexican father and a Cuban mother, who left Cuba for Mexico after Fidel Castro came to power. He is the older brother of screenwriter-producer J. R. Orci. He was raised in Canada, Texas, and Los Angeles, where he met his longtime friend and collaborator Alex Kurtzman. He attended The University of Texas at Austin.

His producing credits include Star Trek, The Legend of Zorro, Mission: Impossible III, Transformers, and Xombie animated. He is the creator alongside with J. J. Abrams and Alex Kurtzman of the FOX hit TV show Fringe.
