NYP2001080309 - 03 AUGUST 2001 - NEW YORK, NEW YORK, USA: A young boy video tapes Robert Burck from Cincinnati, Ohio better known as the "Naked Cowboy" performing for the tourist and resident New Yorkers in New York City Times Square district, August 3, 2001 dressed only in his briefs, cowboy hat and boots.
