Robbie Findley (born August 4, 1985 in Phoenix, Arizona) is an American soccer player who currently plays for Real Salt Lake in Major League Soccer and is a member of the United States national team.

Findley attended Shadow Mountain High School in Phoenix, Arizona, where he was named First Team All-State in 2002 and 2003 as well as Northeast Valley Player of the Year both seasons, and broke the school record for goals in a season with twenty-seven in his senior year. He led Shadow Mountain to the 5A Arizona state tournament quarterfinals in 2003.
