Robert Emmett Davis (born December 10, 1968 in Washington, D.C.) is a former American football long snapper for the National Football League and current Director of Player Development for the Green Bay Packers. He was originally signed by the New York Jets as an undrafted free agent in 1993. He played college football at Shippensburg.
