Richard "Ricky" Hunley (born November 11, 1961 in Petersburg, Virginia) is a former college and professional football player and coach.
From 1980–83, Hunley played linebacker at the University of Arizona. In 1982, he became the University of Arizona's first consensus All-American as a linebacker, an honor he received two consecutive years.
In 1998, he was inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame and was the only player from the University of Arizona to be inducted.
