Raúl Javier Ibáñez ( /ɨˈbɑːnjɛz/; born June 2, 1972, in New York, New York) is an American Major League Baseball outfielder for the Philadelphia Phillies.

Over his career, Ibáñez, who did not make 500 plate appearances until the age of 30, has batted .284 with 346 doubles, 232 home runs and 970 runs batted in (RBI) over 15 Major League seasons. He has six seasons with 20 or more home runs, two seasons with 30 or more home runs, six seasons with 90 or more RBI, four seasons with 100 or more RBI and nine consecutive seasons (2002–2010) with 30 or more doubles.

Ibáñez played baseball for Miami Sunset Senior High School. After graduation, he attended Miami-Dade Community College, and was a baseball letterman and an All-Conference selection.
