Randall S. Kroszner, Ph.D. (born June 22, 1962) is a former member of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System of the United States. He took office on March 1, 2006 to fill an unexpired term, and stepped down on January 21, 2009.

Kroszner was born in Englewood, New Jersey. He received his B.A. magna cum laude in applied mathematics/economics from Brown University in 1984, and his M.A. (1987) and Ph.D. (1990) from Harvard University, both in economics Born: 22-Jun-1962 Birthplace: Englewood, NJ
