NEWTOWN, Conn., March 11 (UPI) -- A Buddhist community in Connecticut is causing conflict as the issues of noise and zoning pit the society against the surrounding community.
PHNOM PENH, Cambodia, May 5 (UPI) -- Cambodia has selected 30 judges to serve on a war crime tribunal that will try surviving leaders of the Khmer Rouge regime, accused of genocide in the 1970s. The court will include 17 Cambodian and 13 foreign jurists, Cambodian officials said Thursday.
