WASHINGTON, March 12 (UPI) -- Lt. Gen. Kevin C. Kiley is the latest U.S. Army officer to resign in the wake of scandal over inadequate patient care at Walter Reed Army Medical Center. The American Forces Press Service says Kiley resigned his post as Army surgeon general on Sunday.
